Contextualization in ICAPS: Integrating Adult Ed Standards with Program Outcomes

Archived webinar now available on iLEARN: Contextualization in ICAPS: Integrating Adult Ed Standards with Program Outcomes

Learn how to contextualize adult education standards to workforce program outcomes in your ICAPS programs! A single set of integrated learning outcomes is required for Title II-funded Integrated Education and Training (IET) programs like ICAPS. This archived webinar, presented by Will Durden, Policy Associate, Basic Education for Adults: I-BEST, Washington State Board for Community and Technical Colleges, will show you how it’s done. Participants are encouraged to have their adult education standards and a set of workforce program outcomes on hand for the applied learning portion of the webinar; however, samples will be provided for all.

This unit, worth one professional development hour, is now available on demand on iLEARN:  http://ilearn.iccb.org/ilearn/course/view.php?id=167
