The Transitions Academy is designed to assist colleges and partnerships working on developing Bridge and ICAPS (Integrated Career and Academic Preparation System) programs by increasing awareness of the expanding partnership between Adult Education and Career and Technical Education as it relates to the ICAPS model, Accelerating Opportunity, Illinois Bridge programs, and Illinois Programs of Study. ICAPS Networking Opportunity at the IACEA Conference


Thursday, March 12, 5:00 – 6:00 pm Prairie Room


Join your ICAPS colleagues for a networking opportunity at IACEA. 


Updates will be provided by Kathy Olesen-Tracey, Senior Director for Adult Education and Literacy, ICCB, will discuss ICAPS program concerns and Whitney Thompson, Senior Director for Career & Technical Education, ICCB, will provide updates on the ICAPS grant. 


Refreshments will be served and you will have time to connect with other ICAPS providers to learn and share resources.
